PIC (Person In Charge) is the only assessment and validation tool used to train, measure and monitor the development of PICs within the rail industry. The first stage of PIC is delivered through 5 E-Learning modules, which have been developed in line with Network Rail standards to ensure that each individual has a base level of knowledge and a sound understanding of the role.

The second stage involves a practical assessment, where the outputs of the E-Learning will be monitored and measured to ensure that each individual is applying their skills and knowledge when undertaking on-site duties.

RM3 Engage has been developed to reduce the cost burden of running classroom based RM3 sessions, which ensures savings on time & resource allocation across the workforce, all while increasing participation without compromising on data quality and insight levels.
